(a) Three years Engineering Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Radio Engineering/ Computer Engineering/Instrument Technology/Informationtechnology OR
(b) M.Sc (Electronics) from a recognized Institution/University.
